Stunning Scenery, Remote Islands, Water sports, Diving - (World War II Wrecks), Calauit Island Game Reserve and Wildlife Sanctuary.


Need to Know


The airport is on the island of Busuanga, with flights from Manila. (Occasional flights from Puerto Princesa, Palawan.) There is no regular, reliable ferry between El Nido and Coron. Most visitors choose either Calamian island OR El Nido to visit. Calauit Island Game Reserve and Wildlife Sanctuary is a little piece of "Africa", in the South China Sea!

Known as the Philippines Last frontier. St Paul's Underground River, Stunning El Nido. Island Hopping, Trekking, Snorkelling.


Need to Know


Most visitors arrive at Puerto Princess, from Manila or Cebu in the Central Visayas. Puerto Princesa to El Nido is a road journey of around 5 hours. El Nido does have an airport, but flights are mainly reserved for those staying at one of the El Nido Luxury Resorts. Limited availability otherwise, and tickets not issued in advance.

Why Go There?


Group of islands that link well together. Cebu History & Diving. Bohol Scenery, and Beaches, Diving, plus Whale & Dolphin Spotting, and Island Hopping. Dumaguete for Diving. Boracay for one of the world's best beaches, plus water sports and nightlife.

Neighbouring smaller islands may be included in a stay here, including Malapascua, and Bantayan island, both off Cebu, and Siquijor, off Dumaguete.


Need to Know


Boracay is reached by air from Manila or Cebu. Cebu, Bohol, and Dumaguete each have airports, with flights from Manila, and link up together via fast ferries.

Need to Know


Mindanao is usually cited as a place to avoid, due to a history insurrection with the Philippines government. We don't generally include Mindanao in our tours. We can include Davao and Samal Island, which are considered safe areas, by request.
