Dining

On land, the Atlantis Resorts' restaurants have already been rated "world-class" by the Lonely Planet travel guide book. Well, on the Azores, the principle of only serving freshly prepared meals and snacks all day, is still adhered to.

The chef on board the Azores personally looks after every guest. Start the day with the smell of freshly brewed coffee and newly baked breads. A blend of seasonal fruit juices will prepare you for your first dive. You will receive some of the best homemade breakfasts!

The lunch selection varies from hearty to light- Mongolian woks, homemade pasta dishes and freshly made Panini, all available to order. There are soups like Mum makes, homemade smoked bacon and ham, omelets mixed from mild to spicy, small to giant beef burgers, fresh garden salads and muesli with yoghurt and fruit... to just name a few...

LiveaboardThemed evening meals reflect the fine dining we have come to expect from the Atlantis resort restaurants, including Filipino Delights‚ the Seafood Dinner, the Carvery Night‚ Asian Fusion Cuisine‚ and a "Best of Four"...

During the day between dives, snacks including homemade biscuits and cakes, fresh fruit and other mouth watering bites are available.
